Position Summary:

As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall success of the salon, ensuring a positive guest experience, and developing a high-performing team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance customer service, team management, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail, service, hospitality, or sales environment Ability to work effectively in a team‑driven, fast‑paced environment 2-3 years of successful sales experience 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales and operational goals Passion for maintaining a polished, welcoming store appearance Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; on‑call support required Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Adherence to loss‑prevention and compliance standards Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Prior experience in tanning, beauty, wellness, fitness, or spa services is beneficial but not required Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 years of sales experience Minimum of 3 years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience If you're looking for an opportunity to grow with a company that values leadership, customer service, and professional development, we invite you to apply today.
