This is a hands-on role overseeing the day-to-day experience of our guests and team. We're looking for someone who is naturally helpful, organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable taking responsibility without needing constant direction. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operation of the spa Support and supervise our front desk team Make sure guests are welcomed and cared for Handle guest questions and complaints with kindness and professionalism Make sure the spa consistently meets our cleanliness and presentation standards Check treatment rooms, reception, retail, and common areas throughout the day Make sure retail is organized, stocked, and presented beautifully Oversee opening and closing procedures Help keep the team organized and on schedule Provide guidance and coaching when needed Hold regular team check-ins Notice what needs to be done and take care of it Communicate important issues, needs, and ideas to the owner We're Looking For Someone Who Genuinely enjoys helping people Is warm, friendly, and welcoming Communicates clearly and professionally Is comfortable handling guest concerns Is dependable and follows through Notices details and takes pride in their work Can confidently give direction when needed Is calm, mature, and solution-oriented Can work independently without needing to be constantly supervised Enjoys creating a peaceful and positive environment Previous management experience is a plus, but the right personality and attitude are more important to us than a management title.
