Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Cosmetologist Salon Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment for both clients and employees. We are looking for a role model that gives great haircuts and customer service. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily salon operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Manage employee orientation, training, and development to enhance team performance. Conduct interviews and assist in hiring qualified staff members. Oversee cash register operations, including transactions and financial reporting. Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary. Implement shift management strategies to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Provide quality haircuts and role model Great Clips 5 steps system. Qualifications Current Cosmetologist, Barber, or hair Stylist License. Previous experience in a managerial role within the beauty or salon industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully. Proficient in cash register operations and basic financial management. Knowledge of inventory control practices and stock management techniques. Excellent interviewing skills with an eye for talent selection.
