Job Description
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations of the residence Supervise, schedule, train, and support DSP staff Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies and documentation standards Manage household budgets Promote community engagement activities Participate in an on-call rotation, providing leadership and support outside of regular business hours as scheduledQualifications:
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's licenseCompensation:
