+ Training Supervisor who is passionate about developing artists, building confidence, and creating exceptional guest experiences. In this full-time onsite leadership role at

BASE ONE

in Dublin, you'll oversee Artists in Training, Apprentices, Interns, and Creative Educators while helping bring PENZONE's education programs to life. You'll balance coaching, mentorship, and training delivery with the organization and administration needed to keep our education ecosystem running smoothly.

Required qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Prefer minimum of 1-year successful industry service experience. Prefer 1-3 years leadership experience. Active Ohio Cosmetology license Strong multitasking and prioritization to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication Comfort working in a fast-paced environment + ability to quickly to change priorities. A Typical Shift Your week runs Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with occasional alternate days when training needs shift. You'll bounce between the training floor and behind-the-scenes coordination-checking in with new artists, connecting with educators, and making sure learning moments translate into confident execution.
