Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Lead the front desk team to achieve membership and retail sales goals Coach, motivate, and develop Spa Associates to maximize performance Assist with recruiting, training, onboarding, and scheduling front desk staff Manage appointment scheduling and optimize the daily appointment book Welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience Build relationships with clients while educating them on memberships, services, and products Communicate effectively with massage therapists, estheticians, and providers to maximize productivity Monitor daily operations and execute operational priorities Maintain inventory, organization, and cleanliness throughout the spa Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and overall business performance Support special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives Be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends What We're Looking For 1-2 years of leadership, sales, customer service, or retail management experience Proven ability to motivate a team and achieve sales goals Strong communication and organizational skills A positive, energetic, and professional attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for health, wellness, skincare, and helping people feel their best Experience with scheduling, administrative work, inventory, or reporting is preferred Spa, salon, medical spa, hospitality, or luxury retail experience is a plus—but not required.
