We're looking for an experienced, people-focused Manager to join our leadership team. At Reve, our managers work together as one team. They share ideas, support each other, and work toward the same salon and spa goals. You'll help guide a talented group of stylists, estheticians, nail techs, massage therapists, and front desk professionals, and help make every guest's visit exceptional from start to finish. Responsibilities:

Work with the leadership team to set, track, and reach salon and spa goals, and step in to support fellow managers wherever needed. Take part in regular leadership meetings to share updates, solve problems, and keep everyone on the same page. Oversee daily operations across all floors of the salon and spa so everything runs smoothly for guests and staff. Work closely with the leadership team on promotions, marketing, and events. Help lead, coach, and motivate service providers and front desk staff so they can reach their performance and career goals. Help with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. Manage staff schedules, service provider books, and front desk coverage to keep the business productive and the team well supported. Track and report on key numbers such as service sales, retail sales, rebooking rates, and client retention, and build plans to improve them. Drive retail sales and help the team get better at recommending products. Handle guest concerns and service recoveries with professionalism and care. Oversee inventory, product ordering, and vendor relationships. Make sure the salon and spa stay clean, safe, and compliant with Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board rules.

Qualifications:

2+ years of management or supervisory experience Experience in the salon, spa, or beauty industry Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable Team-player mindset, with the ability to work together, share responsibility, and support other managers Strong business sense, with comfort working with sales goals, KPIs, and reports Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with salon software such as Millennium, Meevo, Phorest, or similar (Preferred) Familiarity with the Summit Salon Business Center model (Preferred) Ohio Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Salon Management license (Preferred, not required) Professional demeanor and appearance, with a warm, guest-first attitude Available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and
