Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Spa Manager to lead and build our luxurious spa operations with passion and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage a talented team dedicated to wellness and relaxation. Your leadership will drive the success of the spa, foster a welcoming environment, and uphold the highest standards of service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, guest services, and facility maintenance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, ensuring every visitor receives personalized attention and top-tier service. Manage shift schedules, oversee appointment bookings, and coordinate treatment menus to optimize operational efficiency. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold service standards, safety protocols, and professional development goals. Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Oversee cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and report writing related to daily operations. Organize special events or promotions such as wellness retreats or themed nights to attract new clientele and boost revenue. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management with supervising or leadership roles within a resort or spa environment. Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and event management. Demonstrated ability to manage shifts effectively while supervising staff members across multiple departments. Excellent report writing skills for documentation of daily activities, incidents, and operational reports. Previous experience in nightclub or restaurant settings is advantageous for understanding diverse customer needs. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Assistant manager experience or similar roles in hospitality are highly desirable. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including health & safety regulations related to spa services.
