Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa and team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, budgeting, inventory control, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service in a relaxing environment. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient work day. Supervise and train staff to uphold company standards and policies. A sense of humor and creative problem solving. Oversee inventory control, ensuring that all products are stocked and available for use. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized care to their experience ensuring each guest leaves eager to return. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the spa facilities. Implement marketing strategies to promote retail sales and enhance client engagement. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within a spa or similar environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to manage inventory effectively and maintain accurate records. Proficient in basic math and computer skills. Experience working with Google drive, mindbody or similar booking software and squarespace a plus! A passion for wellness and beauty services with an understanding of retail sales strategies. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Available to work nights and weekends.
