MassageLuXe in Lancaster, PA is looking for a full time Assistant Manager!

Qualifications:

Committed to building customer loyalty, proven leadership skills, strong sales and administrative skills, reliable transportation, willing to work a flexible schedule, background in customer service. Bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities include:

BUILD CUSTOMER LOYALTY

Assists clients needs, listen and ask questions Sell appropriate services- utilize knowledge and give advice Signing clients up as members- provide customer with the program that suits their needs and that is the best value for them Assist GM in resolving all concerns with a positive result Assist GM in hiring, training, scheduling and communicating effectively with all employees Manage and maintain inventory Developing strategies to raise client membership, expand spa traffic and optimize profitability. Uphold MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness, facilities repair and equipment functionality Powerful leading skills and business orientation. Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assists training needs and build career paths. Assist in sales and scheduling appointments. Motivate, educate and encourage staff to reach all goals daily. Maintain a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in your spa for both customers and employees. Able to work flexible days and hours including weekends Additional spa manager duties as needed.
