English/Korean) Full-Time On-Site Licensed Nail Technician Required We are performing a confidential search for an experienced, organized, and customer‑focused Salon Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at our busy, full‑service nail salon and spa. This role is ideal for a licensed nail technician who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership skills, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment. About the Role As the Salon Manager, you will oversee the full daily operation of the business, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional client experiences, and a professional, supportive environment for our team of 5-10 technicians. You will act as the operational lead, culture‑setter, and quality‑control expert for the salon. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership Manage daily salon operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, shift coverage, and time-off coordination Lead and mentor nail technicians and support staff with professionalism and calm guidance Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and compliance with state regulations Monitor service quality and uphold salon standards for detailed, clean, professional nail work Customer Experience Ensure every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out Handle escalations with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset Maintain a calm, positive atmosphere even during busy periods Support a drama-free, team-oriented culture Inventory & Supplies Manage ordering, stocking, and tracking of supplies, tools, and retail products Maintain accurate inventory levels and reduce waste Ensure technicians have the tools and materials needed for high-quality service Business & Administrative Duties Operate and manage POS systems, including transactions, reporting, and daily reconciliation Track performance metrics, service volume, and revenue trends Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new technicians Support marketing, promotions, and customer retention initiatives Maintain compliance with OSHA, State Board, and salon policies Required Qualifications Active Nail Technician License (required)Bilingual:
English & Korean (required) Minimum 2+ years of experience in nail services (gel, dip, acrylic/poly gel, builder gel, Gel X, BIAB preferred) Prior leadership or management experience in a salon or beauty environment Strong knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and basic business operations Calm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable Ability to work weekends as needed Strong customer service mindset and ability to resolve issues gracefully Preferred Skills Experience training nail technicians Inventory management and purchasing experience Knowledge of salon marketing, client retention, and service optimization Ability to mentor staff and maintain a positive, collaborative environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses/profit sharing Paid training and professional development Supportive, clean, modern work environment Tools and supplies provided About Us We are a high-volume, full-service nail salon and spa known for detailed work, clean aesthetics, and exceptional customer care.
