Overview DownTime Salon & Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Salon Coordinator / Assistant to join our team! If you love beauty, wellness, and staying social ( both online and in real life), this is the perfect fit. Duties Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism Help manage bookings and front desk operations Support our service providers with their daily tasks Capture and post content for our social media ( think: fun behind - the -scenes, glow up transformations, product spotlights) What we are looking for Outgoing and detailed oriented personality Passion for beauty, wellness, and social media trends Comfortable with posting to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok Must be available days, nights, and weekends Reliable, responsible, and ready to be part of a chill but hardworking team
