Salon Manager - Luxury Braiding Salon | Velour Saphira For Immediate Hire! Velour Saphira is a new luxury braiding salon looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Salon Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the salon, lead a team of braiders, and ensure every client receives an exceptional experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily salon operations and opening/closing procedures Manage and coordinate the braiding team and daily schedules Ensure clients are greeted warmly and receive excellent customer service Monitor appointments, client flow, and salon efficiency Handle client questions, concerns, and service issues professionally Ensure the salon remains clean, organized, and beautifully maintained Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs Help train, motivate, and hold team members accountable Ensure salon policies and standards are consistently followed Assist with sales, upselling, and growing repeat clientele. Communicate daily with the salon owner regarding operations and team performance What We're Looking For Previous salon management or management experience preferred and a plus but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized and dependable Professional, positive, and confident personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable managing a diverse team Excellent customer service skills Must be proactive and able to solve problems independently Braiding industry experience is a plus, but not required. Must have knowledge about good braids The Ideal Candidate You are someone who naturally takes charge, keeps things running smoothly, and knows how to lead people while maintaining a warm and professional environment.
