Zendora Salon Suites is located at 3820 Dave Ward Drive in Conway, Arkansas. In our salon suites, each tenant operates their own business. We are hiring for an approximately 20 hours weekly part time position with 1 hour of at-home (remote) work weekly. The remote work will be for coordinating tenant maintenance requests or inquiries. There is also commission pay for signing new tenants. You do NOT need to have previous experience in a salon environment to apply or be successful in this role. This role will include work on the weekends and after hours in emergencies. Here are some of the job responsibilities: Greet customers who come into the salon and direct them to their stylist Post or add content (including doing advertising) to social media Communicate with tenants about any inquiries that need to be addressed Respond to emails and calls from tenants Provide excellent customer service and ensure tenant satisfaction Ensure that the rules and regulations of the salon are being followed Provide tours to prospective tenants Collaborate with salon tenants to ensure smooth operations and cleanliness Keep in contact with management to coordinate purchases and maintenance Coordinate needed repairs to salon and help hire staff, if needed Visit local cosmetology and barber schools to drop off marketing material on occasion

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role and/or management is preferred Availability to answer customer and management inquiries after hours Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills in English This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The Salon Services Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the salon by addressing the needs of the tenants and making sure the salon is organized and running effectively. This role for 20 hours per week will require the Salon Coordinator to be at the salon on the weekends and some weekdays.
