We are seeking an experienced, motivated Manager to help lead the day-to-day operation of our facility and deliver an exceptional experience for every guest and member. Position Overview The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and supporting staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service, and ensuring that Bath-Hause operates smoothly, professionally, and consistently. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and high-quality environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the facility, including opening and closing procedures. Lead, schedule, train, and support Bath-Hause staff. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation. Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor facility conditions, equipment, supplies, and inventory. Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues professionally. Assist with membership and guest relations. Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the facility. Communicate effectively with ownership regarding staffing, operations, maintenance, and other business matters. Help establish and maintain the culture and standards of Bath-Hause as the business grows. Assist with special projects, events, and other operational needs as required. Experienced in hospitality, wellness, spa, fitness, hotel, restaurant, retail, or another customer-focused environment. Previous management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
