We are a spa that truly cares about your mind, body & skin needs. We work individually with every guest to help them achieve the results they have been searching for, whether it is result driven treatments or strictly relaxation. While our clients are at Spa Haus, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming experience. Our caring and knowledgeable staff, as well as quality treatments and products are what sets us aside from other spas. This position is customer facing behind the front desk, managing the Front of House team and client relations. You would also be managing all our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) and assisting our General Spa Manager with tasks daily. Our Lead Spa Coordinator is encouraged to bring new ideas to the table and work closely with our Spa Manager. Should our Spa Manager need to take a leave of absence or is unable to come in, our Lead Spa Coordinator will fill the role as needed. This position is to be filled with someone who is reliable, hard working and motivated. Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday including evenings. Job Description includes all normal Spa Coordinator duties and includes: Leadership & Ownership Own FOH standards and consistency Own the Spa Coordinator experience Including onboarding support, check-ins, and early intervention when someone struggles First point of contact for Spa Coordinators, when in the spa Main point of contact if GM is out Recognize FOH wins and share morale boosts with the GM Training, Coaching & Accountability Spa Coordinator trainer Train new Spa Coordinators Coach in the moment and follow up if the same issue repeats FOH motivator, ensuring job duties are being completed FOH accountability, ensuring Spa Coordinators are meeting job tasks and requirements Communication & Management Support Ensure FOH updates, promotions, and policy changes are clearly communicated to SCs Flag recurring FOH issues to the GM with proposed solutions, not just observations Daily or shift-end notes to the GM when relevant (patterns, wins, concerns) Assist GM, Spa Coordinators, Service Providers, and Owner with tasks as needed Front Desk Operations & Scheduling Cover front desk shifts as needed Maximize and closely monitor the appointment books at all times Book and arrange all group appointments Client Experience & Service Recovery Monitor client complaints, refunds, reschedules, and service recovery moments Escalate issues to the GM when needed Check Memberships - Let GM know current membership numbers Add or delete Membership tags as needed Check Past due memberships, contact as needed. Retail & Inventory Support Keep retail inventory organized and stocked Check expiration dates, rotate new products to back and older products to front Inform GM of items that are low or need reordering Support retail education at the front desk (confidence-based, not pressure-driven) Cleanliness, Organization & Systems Conduct ongoing walk-throughs to ensure spa cleanliness Ensure all FOH tools, binders, and digital resources are current and organized Performance Awareness & Business Insight Hourly Pay + bonuses Understand key FOH KPIs, including utilization, pre-booking, rebooking &membership trends Come to GM conversations with insights, not just numbers Help connect day-to-day FOH actions to monthly business results
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Friendly, professional, and highly reliable Strong leadership skills Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Comfortable using scheduling and POS systems (training provided) Passionate about wellness, self-care, and helping others Able to lift up to 30 lbs Team player who is respectful, positive, and supportive Must be dependable, punctual, presentable, and use "spa voices" in client areas Qualities and Attributes required: High School Diploma or GED. College degree is preferred, but not required. 1 to 2 years minimum experience in Salon, Spa, Hospitality or Retail. Professional manner, discretion and appearance. Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic. Able to communicate both verbally and in written format to clients and staff. Energetic, enthusiastic and approachable. Customer service focused & friendly. Strong team player. Self motivated & reliable. High level of customer service skills. Attention to detail and organization. Tech-savvy (experience with point-of- sale systems, google drive, google calendar) Social Media Management Skills.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.0 per week
