Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Salon Suites Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our upscale salon suites. In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind creating a welcoming environment for both clients and beauty professionals, ensuring smooth management of suite rentals, client services, and retail sales. Duties Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon suites, including scheduling, client communication, and guest services to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors and tenants Oversee suite rentals, including leasing agreements, renewals, and maintaining occupancy levels in line with business goals Coordinate with beauty professionals offering services like botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, tattooing, and other aesthetic procedures Lead social media management efforts to promote services, special offers, and events that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and safety regulations across all treatment areas including dermabrasion, chemical peels, deep tissue massage, and hair extensions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining open communication to foster loyalty Support suite tenants with administrative tasks such as front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and billing processes Experience Proven management experience within the beauty or wellness industry with a focus on salon or spa operations Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to beauty treatments like hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, or tattooing Experience working with diverse beauty services such as hair styling (including hair extensions), makeup application, barbering techniques like straight razor shaves, and eyelash extension application Ability to manage retail sales strategies through upselling techniques and product demos to maximize revenue opportunities Skilled in social media management to promote services and engage with the community online Aesthetic knowledge including color theory and makeup application is a plus but not required Join us as a Salon Suites Manager where your leadership fuels creativity!
