About the Role The Salon Coordinator is a key-holder position responsible for managing front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service. From welcoming clients to supporting daily salon operations, you will be the face and voice of Lure - often the first and last impression of a guest's visit. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and check in clients upon arrival and ensure a welcoming experience while they wait. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently. Manage all point-of-sale (POS) activities, including retail product sales and client transactions. Maintain the retail area by ensuring products are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Monitor inventory levels and assist with product restocking when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and throughout the salon. Assist with rescheduling and client communication as needed. Additional Expectations Provide shift coverage for last-minute schedule changes or emergencies when possible. Support salon cleanliness, team collaboration, and positive client interactions throughout your shift. Who You Are Energetic, friendly, and reliable with excellent communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a dynamic salon environment. Comfortable using scheduling systems and POS technology. Professional and client-focused with a passion for creating exceptional experiences. Reporting Structure This role reports directly to the Salon Manager and indirectly to salon ownership. You will collaborate closely with stylists, assistants, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
