Job Description

Overview:
To guide guests in coordinating spa services to meet their treatment goals or experience desired in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. Support and lead all staff relating to guest satisfaction, proper technical skills, spa knowledge and efficiencies and Safety and Security procedures.
Responsibilities:
General knowledge of all facets of the hotel and to work effectively with other departments as a team. Superb hospitality skills with the ability to mentor and train others. Lead by example, providing the Spa and Salon team with positivity and daily support in coordination with the Director of Spa. In-depth knowledge of all spa offerings: services, product knowledge, packages and programs. Continuous awareness of daily operations for guest and facility, following through to address concerns immediately through empowerment and communicating to the appropriate persons for assistance. Training and mentoring team members in the areas of Omni Barton CreekCulture and the Six Pillars. Perform and guide Reception Desk and Locker Room teams with daily spa and salon tasks to include: Scheduling, Financial transactions, Shift Opening and closing procedures and cash handling. All process mentioned to meet Three SpringsSpa and Omni Audit standards. Proactively communicating to leadership, any areas that may require restructuring or change for improvement Assistance with local and in-house group and package guests as needed in coordination with Group Manager. Provide on-going trainings to increase staff knowledge and guest interaction standards in coordination with Assist Director and Director of Spa. Responsible for scheduling and attendance tracking for all Spa job descriptions. Oversee and contribute to spa communications regarding spa and hotel interdepartmental information: Breakroom communication board, Provider call-in process, Memo's and communications, Accounting regarding billing, new procedures and updates.
Qualifications:
Experience with handling cash Experience in hospitality field Flexibility with schedule with weekend work required Good organizational skills Attention to detail.
