Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations Provide exceptional guest services Coach and develop stylists to grow clientele Drive profitability and retail performance Recruit, hire, train, and support staff Handle staff relations and client concerns Deliver all SmartStyle haircare servicesQualifications:
Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends) Leadership and customer service skills Ability to motivate and develop others Strong communication and basic administrative skills Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicalsCompensation & Benefits:
Average earnings of $25-$45/hr.
