This role balances leadership, organization, and creativity to keep our team inspired, our guests delighted, and our business thriving. Key Responsibilities Onboard new stylists to align with our salon's standards. Manage stylist contact information and maintain effective internal communication. Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring stylists remain on schedule and client flow is seamless. Check in and check out clients, ensuring every interaction feels personal and polished. Foster client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Create, schedule, and send marketing emails to engage and retain clients. Manage and grow the salon's social media presence, including content creation, editing videos and photos. Monitor and achieve target sales goals, tracking performance regularly. Submit hours for payroll accurately and on time. Maintain a calm, polished demeanor, moving efficiently without appearing rushed. Skills & Qualifications Salon industry knowledge preferred; strong understanding of beauty and client service standards. Previous customer service experience required. Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills. Ability to multitask while keeping client interactions warm and effortless. Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and presentation. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic photo/video editing. Willingness to learn salon management software (Vagaro). Performance Goals Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain high client retention and satisfaction rates. Ensure stylist schedules are optimized and on time. Deliver a flawless luxury client experience in every interaction.
