Salon Coordinator / Front Desk Administrator Lok Lovin' | Austin, TX Lok Lovin' is a high-demand loc salon seeking a Salon Coordinator to support daily operations, client communication, and salon growth. This is an administrative role —no cosmetology license or interest in hair services is required. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable speaking with clients, and excited to grow with a fast-paced salon business.

Enjoys administrative and clerical work Is confident communicating via phone and text Is detail-oriented and organized Wants to grow with a small business Is comfortable following systems and processes
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones, texts, emails, and social media inquiries regarding bookings Contact new booking requests to book consultations and appointments Confirm appointments and manage the salon calendar Follow up with clients to support retention and rebooking Maintain client records and notes Assist with waitlist management Support daily front desk operations Handle basic clerical tasks (filing, scheduling, data entry) and any operations tasks needed for the flow of the salon Occasionally attend weekly meeting with salon staff and marketing department Comfortable being on camera for social media growth Help maintain a professional, welcoming salon environment Assist marketing team with taking quality photos of clients
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette Basic computer and scheduling software skills (Square experience a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Coachable, dependable, and growth-minded Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience:
Entry-level candidates welcome Customer service, receptionist, administrative, or call-center experience is a plus Salon experience not required
