Responsibilities Lead and supervise salon staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure a motivated and efficient team. Oversee daily operations including appointment scheduling, customer service, and retail sales to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Manage inventory control, purchasing, and merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation aligns with brand standards. Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS system management to maintain accurate financial records. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and pricing plans to boost retail sales and meet business targets. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, organized salon environment. Utilize strong communication skills to foster team collaboration, resolve customer concerns promptly, and build lasting client relationships. Skills Proven management experience in a retail or salon environment with supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership abilities with excellent managerial communication skills. Expertise in employee orientation, training & development, recruiting, and team management. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and operational management tools. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele. Experience with cashiering, cash handling procedures, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence.
