Full-time | Leadership Role | Hourly+Tips+Bonus Sweet & Sassy is where fun meets fabulous! We're a children's salon, spa, retail, and party experience center—and we're looking for a high-energy, experienced professional to step into a Salon & Spa Manager role. This is a perfect fit for a senior stylist ready to take on more leadership, coaching, and operations ownership.
What You'll Do:
  • Oversee daily operations of our salon and spa services, including staff supervision, scheduling, and guest satisfaction
  • Serve as a right-hand leader to the owner and partner with another Manager, helping run the full store when needed
  • Provide excellent client experiences, especially for children and families
  • Lead by example—styling hair, training team members, and setting the tone for our high-energy, positive culture
  • Support inventory, upselling strategies, and back-office tasks like bookings, service performance, and quality checks
What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed cosmetologist with 5+ years of relevant stylist experience
  • Strong ability to lead a team, resolve customer issues, and maintain high service standards
  • Fun, confident, and organized with excellent communication skills

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Peak season is summer and holidays. Are you able to regularly work Saturday (9am-6pm) and Sunday (11am-5pm)?
