Restaurant Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time) Bar Chinois - National Landing Bar Chinois National Landing is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role can be structured as full-time or part-time, with hourly or salaried compensation depending on experience. We're looking for someone who leads by example, elevates team performance, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Culture Build a confident, knowledgeable FOH team through training, coaching, and leading by example. Create a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement. Guest Experience & Daily Service Guarantee smooth service execution and meet guest expectations through preparation and consistent communication with staff. Manage cash handling procedures including guest payments, server tips, bartender drawers, and delivery transactions. Work closely with General Manager, Back-of-House leadership, and ownership to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance. Staffing, Scheduling & Payroll Create FOH schedules and oversee weekly payroll administration. Manage FOH/BOH time-clock edits to ensure efficient payroll processing. Lead FOH staff training to maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards. Business Growth & Communication Collaborate with ownership on programming and revenue opportunities to drive sales across all meal periods. Maintain timely and effective communication with the management team and ownership. Schedule Full-time roles include five floor-management shifts per week. Part-time availability can be discussed based on experience and needs. What We're Looking For Experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
