Motivated full-time shampoo assistant. Have you ever wanted to get your foot in the door at a salon, or maybe want to come back to the industry after a break in your cosmetology career? Radiance is looking for a hardworking individual to handle the day-to-day shampoo assistant supportive duties to our salon and spa staff

HOURS TO COVER

We are searching for a candidate who is able to be available for at least the majority of the hours below in a 30+ hour work week. We are of course always open to being flexible with schedules, with shorter opening or closing shifts as a possibility on some weekdays!

9-6 REQUIREMENTS

FOR SHAMPOO ASSISTANT

Team player with a strong work ethic Excellent communication skills (must speak fluent English) Outstanding customer service skills Flexible, reliable, & available for evenings & weekends Professional appearance & attitude Ability to multi-task in a busy atmosphere Salon and shampoo knowledge would be a plus but not required Positive attitude, open to going above and beyond

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SHAMPOO ASSISTANT

Shampoo clients for stylists before haircuts and after color services Keep up with laundry through the day Wipe down color trays Fold and prep foils for stylists Clean color bowls and shampoo bowls Sweep floors as needed (after haircuts and for general cleanliness) Dust and organize supply and retail shelves Vacuum spa carpets Maintain bathroom cleanliness Remove trash from salon, spa, and reception area Refill and inventory backbar products as needed Maintain a clean and organized area Follow protocols for safety & cleanliness Perform various duties to assist salon & spa staff as needed
