+ Performance Bonuses Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is seeking a driven and experienced Medical Spa Sales Manager to lead sales performance, support the team, and deliver an exceptional client experience at our Leesburg location. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, a proven background in high-ticket sales , and the ability to confidently guide clients through consultations and close treatment packages. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the location's sales performance Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and packages Close high-ticket treatment packages and memberships Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and individual/team goals Build strong client relationships and provide an excellent client experience Follow up with prospective and existing clients to support conversions and retention Support daily operations and help maintain an organized, high-performing location Identify opportunities to improve revenue, client retention, and overall performance Maintain professionalism and represent the Luxura brand at a high standard Qualifications Previous management or leadership experience required Proven experience successfully closing high-ticket sales required Experience selling packages valued at $1,000 or more Strong consultative sales and client relationship skills Ability to coach and motivate a sales-focused team Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, wellness, or luxury-service experience strongly preferred Experience discussing financing/payment options with clients preferred Comfortable working onsite in Leesburg, VA Compensation $50,000-$60,000 annually , based on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses .
