What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring excellence in service delivery, scheduling, and cleanliness. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates. Drive membership sales, service retention, and overall revenue growth. Manage training, and scheduling to meet both client demand and team work-life balance. Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture aligned with Massage Envy brand standards. Resolve client concerns and ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and valued.

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of management or leadership experience in retail, spa, fitness, or hospitality (required). Proven track record in sales management and team performance development. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Passion for health, wellness, and exceptional customer service. Reliable, professional, and flexible schedule (must be available for at least one weekend day and two closing shifts per week).
