Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, attentive, thorough, and friendly individual to play a key role in our daily operations. As a Spa Coordinator, you will help maintain the spa's clean, tidy and welcoming atmosphere, support estheticians, and manage the front desk to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly, check them in, and assist with appointment scheduling. Answer phones and text messages, respond to inquiries, and handle client communications professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all spa areas, including treatment rooms, reception, and retail spaces. Assist estheticians by preparing treatment rooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring a seamless flow of services. Manage retail transactions, process payments, gift cards and online store orders. Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs with care. Support the spa team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a spa, salon, retail or hospitality setting preferred Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills. A positive, professional attitude and a polished appearance. Interest in social media, skincare and wellness is a HUGE plus!

Position Details:

Full-time (40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends) Must be available from the hours of 9-6pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 9-4pm.
