Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Sports Apparel Seamstresses to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sportswear by sewing and assembling garments with precision and care. Your expertise will help bring athletes' performance gear to life, ensuring durability, comfort, and style. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative sports apparel products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble sports apparel according to design specifications and quality standards Perform garment construction tasks such as stitching, hemming, and attaching zippers or elastic components Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring all items meet quality and safety requirements Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety protocols Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot sewing issues and improve manufacturing processes Assist with warehouse tasks related to fabric or finished product storage when needed Qualifications Proven experience in garment construction and sewing machine operation within a manufacturing or warehouse setting Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, patterns, and fabric handling specific to sports apparel Ability to interpret technical drawings or work instructions accurately Familiarity with warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety guidelines Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise stitching and finishing work Prior experience in manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
