Job Summary For over 25 years, Athena's Window Fashions has proudly served homeowners across Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and the greater Phoenix area with premium window coverings, custom draperies, and top‑brand solutions including Hunter Douglas, MechoShade, Tableaux® , and more. We are a trusted, family‑oriented business known for craftsmanship, service, and beautiful design. Athena's Window Fashions in Gilbert is growing, and we're looking for a talented seamstress to help bring our custom window treatments to life. If you love working with fabrics, enjoy creating beautiful finished products, and want to be part of a supportive, family‑oriented team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Sew drapery, shades, and other custom window fashions Work with a variety of fabrics and patterns Help ensure every product meets our quality standards Support our designers and production team What We're Looking For Sewing experience (professional or strong hobbyist) Comfort using industrial sewing machines Good communication and teamwork Pride in craftsmanship
