Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual ( Spanish/English)skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate Must have experience altering side seams, hems, bustles, zippers, and buttons on wedding gowns. This role offers an opportunity to work in a creative environment where craftsmanship and precision are valued. The Seamstress will be working with wedding dresses made of lace, horsehair, silk chiffon, tulle, organza, and more, according to specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining production standards. Responsibilities Construct garments from patterns using sewing machines and hand stitching techniques Perform alterations and repairs on various types of clothing and textiles Follow detailed specifications and patterns to ensure accurate garment assembly Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve production goals Experience Proven experience in garment construction, sewing, or related manufacturing fields Proficiency with sewing machines and various sewing techniques Knowledge of fabric types, patterns, and textile properties Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality craftsmanship
