Moore's Sewing Centers is looking for a Service Technician Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of its high-end sewing, embroidery, and quilting equipment. In this role, you will ensure top-tier service, train and lead a team of sewing technicians, and directly assist customers with machine issues to maintain the company's commitment to exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Maintenance and Repairs:

Service high-end sewing and embroidery machines to maintain optimal performance levels.

Lead and Train Staff:

Educate and guide sewing technicians on repair techniques and service standards.

Troubleshoot and Support:

Assist customers directly with technical issues and implement effective mechanical solutions.

Preventative Inspections:

Conduct routine machine inspections to spot and resolve potential technical problems early.

Maintain Accurate Records:

Track and log detailed service records for every machine handled.

Job Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

Proven experience servicing and repairing multiple brands of sewing machines or similar machinery is mandatory.

Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and train a team of technicians.

Problem Solving:

Strong efficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and customers.

Bonus Experience:

A background working within a warehouse or retail environment is a plus.
