FASHION STYLIST & FIT SPECIALIST

Malia Mills is an independent, sister-owned fashion company known for beautifully made swimwear and ready-to-wear, with a very different approach to retail, fit, style and service. We are looking for a warm, smart, curious person who understands great fit, loves helping women feel fantastic in their clothes, and genuinely enjoys the one-on-one experience. YOU'LL Become an expert in our distinctive approach to fit and styling Help clients discover pieces that make them feel incredible Build relationships and your own loyal clientele Bring energy, taste and personality to the store Bring the Malia Mills visual language to life through merchandising, window displays and photography in and around the store Learn our product, fabrics and craftsmanship inside and out Be part of a small, close-knit team where everyone contributes YOU ARE Warm. Curious. Stylish. A great listener. You might have luxury or fashion retail experience. You might come from hospitality, beauty, styling, wellness or somewhere entirely unexpected. We care less about your résumé than your instincts, your energy and how you make people feel. You should be comfortable talking to people, have an eye for style, take pride in doing things beautifully and enjoy the one-on-one nature of a truly personal shopping experience. Retail experience is a plus, but personality and curiosity matter most.
