The ideal candidate will have expertise in alterations, providing exceptional service to our customers. This includes but not limited to: expectations related to fit, custom modifications, and re-sizing of garments. Duties

• Perform alterations on wedding dress/gown using a sewing machine
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all alterations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications sewing experience in evening gowns or bridal alterations environment Proficiency in working with a sewing machine for garment alterations Specialty in handling lace, beadwork, silks and tulle Capable to customize such as downsizing or upsizing, creating sleeves, creating coverage, etc.

Knowledge of garment construction techniques Previous experience in a fashion retail or alteration setting is advantageous Ability to sew accurately and efficiently
