Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Seamstress Tailor with a preferred minimum of 20 years of experience to join our alterations team. In this role, you will be responsible for altering and repairing garments with precision and care. Your expertise in garment construction, clothing alterations, and sewing will ensure our customers receive the finest alterations. Responsibilities Perform clothing alterations, repairs, and custom adjustments on a wide range of garments including men's wear, women's wear, and formal attire, including bridal gowns. Use sewing machines, hand sewing techniques to construct and refine garments with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and sewing stations. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. Manage and organize customer alteration needs. Previous fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience, preferred minimum of 20 years experience Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers Salary is based on experience.
