Duties Operate sewing machines to assemble, hem, and finish garments with accuracy and speed Follow detailed patterns, sketches, and technical specifications to ensure proper garment construction Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to design standards Assist in fabric cutting, pinning, and preparation processes to streamline production workflows Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety and quality protocols Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Troubleshoot sewing machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous workflow Qualifications Proven experience in garment construction or sewing, with a strong understanding of sewing machine operation Proficiency in sewing techniques, including stitching, hemming, and finishing details Familiarity with manufacturing environments and warehouse experience is a plus Ability to interpret patterns, technical drawings, and instructions accurately Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent manual dexterity and stamina for repetitive tasks over extended periods Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to sewing equipment and manufacturing settings Join us as a Seamstress and bring your craftsmanship to life!
