Uniform Alterations Specialist Job Summary Subsecond LLC is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to handle uniform alterations and setup. This role is critical to ensuring our products and services meet a high standard of fit, function, and professionalism. You will be working with military and law enforcement uniforms, where precision matters. Responsibilities Perform alterations on uniforms including hemming, resizing, and adjustments Sew on patches, name tapes, rank, and other required components Ensure all work meets clean, consistent, and professional standards Maintain organization of materials, tools, and workspace Assist with general shop tasks when needed Support production team during high-volume periods Qualifications Minimum 1 year of sewing or alterations experience Ability to operate industrial or standard sewing machines Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Additional Information -PTO is offered for select holidays (to be discussed during the interview). -Employee discount available on Subsecond products.
