Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sewing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our soft goods fabrication process. As a Sewing Specialist, you will be responsible for sewing and assembling various components of our custom treatments, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Sewing and assembling various types of soft goods, including pillows, cushions, panels, shades, and valances. Operating industrial sewing machines and other relevant equipment. Measuring and cutting fabric with precision according to specifications. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards. Collaborating with the design team to interpret and execute custom designs. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on sewing machines as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sewing Specialist or similar role, preferably in window treatment fabrication. Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines and other sewing equipment. Strong sewing and fabric-cutting skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
