The ideal candidate will have a passion for garment construction and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each piece of clothing meets our high standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform alterations on garments, including hemming, taking in or letting out seams, and adjusting fit according to client specifications. Utilize sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques to ensure high-quality finishes on all garments. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and maintained. Experience Proven experience in tailoring or garment construction is preferred. Proficiency in operating sewing machines and understanding various fabric types. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments. Experience in fashion retail is a plus but not required.
