The Linen Seamstress is part of a team responsible for linen production flow activities under the direction of the Linen Department Supervisor and/or the Internal Operations Assistant Director.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Following the best practices for safety Prepare finished products ready to be entered into inventory Implement best use of raw materials to reach end goal Read daily reports and daily reviews of incoming work needs Have the ability to identify different fabrics and patterns Maintains up to date inventory counts of necessary supplies Creates and maintains a clean and organized work environment Maintain sewing equipment in working order Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Must have a positive attitude Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively Must have a strong attention to detail Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends Must be familiar with all aspects of sewing and sewing machine use At least two years seamstress experience Must be able to lift up to 25 lb Must be at least 18 years of age
