Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress with expertise in creating, altering, drappes . The ideal candidate has experience working with various fabrics, precise measuring and cutting skills, and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, sew, and assemble custom drapes, curtains, and other window treatments according to client specifications. Alter and repair existing drapes. Select appropriate fabrics, linings, and hardware for drapes to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Collaborate with clients to understand design preferences and provide professional recommendations. Maintain accurate records of orders, measurements, and materials used. Ensure all products meet quality standards and are completed within specified timelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. #

INDLI Qualifications:

Proven experience as a seamstress or tailor, specifically with drapes and window treatments. Proficiency in operating sewing machines and other textile equipment. Strong understanding of fabrics, linings, and drapery construction techniques. Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and sewing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred:

Experience with upholstery, decorative stitching, or custom home décor projects. Knowledge of pattern making and fabric care.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and handle rolls of fabric and drapery hardware. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while sewing or assembling products.
