Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Embroidery Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for operating embroidery machines and producing high-quality customized products. Responsibilities Operate and monitor embroidery machines. Prepare products by hooping, selecting backing, and setting up machines. Load designs, threads, and colors according to production orders. Adjust thread and bobbin tension as needed. Embroider different kinds of textiles Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications 1-2 years of embroidery and/or sewing machine experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and follow production instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Embroidery digitizing with Wilcom /DST experience strongly preferred. Position Details On-site / In-person only — this is not a remote position. Pay based on experience and qualifications.
