We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines and serging equipment efficiently to assemble garments or upholstery pieces with precision. Measure fabric and materials accurately using measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and dimensions. Cut fabric manually with sharp tools following detailed patterns and specifications for each project. Construct garments or upholstery items by sewing seams, attaching zippers, buttons, or decorative elements according to quality standards in production. Handle materials carefully during manufacturing processes to prevent damage and maintain material integrity. Conduct dimensional measurements throughout production to verify adherence to design specifications. Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety standards in production environments. Experience Minimal experience required working as a seamstress or in garment construction. Skilled in using measuring instruments and fabric materials with an understanding of different textile properties. Hands-on experience operating sewing machines such as industrial sewing machines and sergers (overlock machines). Knowledge of seam construction techniques, garment sewing, embroidery, and manual cutting methods. Familiarity with quality standards in production and materials handling processes. Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments to ensure a safe working space at all times.
