Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and techniques in garment construction. Experience Previous experience in fashion retail or tailoring is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using sewing machines and understanding of garment construction techniques is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments required for alterations.
