Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will bring craftsmanship and precision to the creation and alteration of garments, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality and style. Your expertise in sewing and garment construction will contribute directly to delivering exceptional products to our customers. Duties Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble, alter, or repair garments according to specifications Interpret design patterns and technical drawings to ensure accurate garment construction Perform quality checks throughout the sewing process to maintain consistency and excellence Assist in fabric cutting, pinning, and fitting to ensure proper fit and finish of finished products Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards in the manufacturing environment Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding quality standards Support warehouse processes by managing inventory of fabrics, notions, and finished garments Qualifications Proven experience in garment construction and sewing techniques Proficiency with sewing machines and related tools used in manufacturing settings Strong understanding of sewing patterns, measurements, and fabric types Previous warehouse experience is a plus for managing materials efficiently Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control Physical stamina for standing, bending, and repetitive tasks throughout shifts Join us as a Seamstress and be part of a passionate team committed to craftsmanship excellence!
