Our first collection includes detailed swimwear and coordinating garments, with an emphasis on quality construction and thoughtful design. Role Overview We are looking for a skilled seamstress or garment technician in Miami to assist with sample development and small-batch production runs . This role is ideal for someone experienced in working with stretch fabrics, lace, and detailed garments , and who can help bring designs to life with precision. Responsibilities Construct garments from tech packs and/or reference samples Assist in sample development and fit adjustments Execute small production runs with consistent quality Work with fabrics such as stretch swim, mesh, lace, and satin Ensure clean finishing, proper stitching, and durability Communicate on construction details and improvements Qualifications Experience in garment construction (professional or advanced level) Experience with swimwear or stretch fabrics strongly preferred Ability to follow tech packs and measurements accurately Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable and able to meet deadlines Based in Miami or nearby Bonus Experience with industrial sewing machines (serger, coverstitch, etc.) Experience with sample making or working with small brands Understanding of fit and pattern adjustments Details Contract / part-time to start Flexible work environment — work from your own studio or a provided workspace if needed Beginning with sample development and small production runs Opportunity for a long-term position as the brand grows Please apply through Indeed and also send the following to : Photos of previous work (especially swimwear, fitted garments, or detailed pieces) A brief introduction and relevant experience Your availability and preferred work setup (in-studio or your own workspace)
