Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their bridal vision and preferences, Execute precise clothing alterations, including hemming, taking in or letting out seams, and adjusting bodices for optimal fit Use sewing machines, hand sewing techniques, and pressing machines to assemble and refine gown components with meticulous attention to detail Operate pressing machines and perform garment pressing to achieve crisp lines and flawless finishes Maintain a clean, organized atelier environment while adhering to safety standards for press operation and sewing equipment Provide exceptional customer service by communicating progress, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process Experience Proven experience in specialized bridal gown atelier Demonstrated expertise in clothing alterations, garment sewing, and garment construction for both women's wear tailoring and men's wear tailoring when applicable Proficiency with sewing machines, hand sewing tools, pressing machines, and press operation techniques Knowledge of various fabric materials used in bridal gowns such as lace, satin, tulle, chiffon, and silk blends Strong understanding of stitching techniques necessary for high-quality garment assembly and finishing Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements accurately Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor that makes clients feel valued and confident in your craftsmanship Join us as an Experienced Bridal Gown Atelier where your talent will help create unforgettable moments for our clients.
