Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Experienced Embroidery Technician and Experienced Seamstress in Summerville, SC . We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Technic ian and Ex perienced Seamstress to join a established production team. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with a variety of fabrics, and experience operating industrial sewing machines in a fast-paced environment to join our production team. Hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery machines, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of a Embroidery Technician includes : Operate and monitor multi-head embroidery machines (such as Tajima, Barudan, or similar) Set up jobs including hooping, threading, color changes, and machine adjustments Read and follow work orders, designs, and specifications Ensure proper thread tension, alignment, and stitch quality Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality control Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Job Requirements of a

Embroidery Technician:

2+ years of embroidery machine experience (commercial/industrial preferred) Experience with multi-head machines and high-volume production Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Experience with digitizing software (Wilcom, Pulse, etc.) Knowledge of different fabrics, stabilizers, and backing materials Experience with logo placement and custom designs Background in textile or apparel production Responsibilities of a Seamstress includes : Operate industrial sewing machines to construct, alter, and repair garments or textile products Read and interpret patterns, measurements, and work orders Perform hemming, stitching, alterations, and finishing work Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet production deadlines and quality standards Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency Job Requirements of a

Seamstress:

2+ years of sewing/seamstress experience (industrial preferred) Experience working with a variety of fabrics and materials Ability to read measuring tools and follow specifications Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
