This role focuses on sewing for upholstery projects including box cushions, bench cushions, zipper installations, and custom panels. You will work alongside the upholsterer to support a clean, efficient, and high quality production workflow. This is not a beginner role, we are looking for someone confident, detail oriented, and able to maintain consistency in a fast paced studio environment. Responsibilities Sew box cushions, bench cushions, and upholstery panels Install zippers cleanly and consistently Cut fabric accurately with attention to pattern direction and layout Maintain straight seams and professional finishes Support production flow by completing sewing tasks efficiently Requirements Prior sewing experience required (upholstery experience strongly preferred) Ability to sew straight, consistent seam Experience with zippers and consistent seams Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and maintain pace Reliable and professional Position Details In studio position (Knoxville, TN) Opportunity for growth as the studio expands Compensation $17-$21 / hour to start Pay increased based on skill, speed, and consistency
